Taste Your Way to Health

Did you know the top foods around the world started out as health foods?

As people in their early stages roamed Earth, they often felt sick from the foods they tried. Over time, they learned to seek out foods that made them feel better, not sick. The foods that made them feel better became frequent picks among the many plants available at that time.

Today, the variety of choices has diminished, and the options we have are few and far between. You can change that.

Try new perennial vegetables, those that don’t need to be planted again every season. For example, asparagus doesn’t need replanting every year. There are many perennial vegetables and herbs just waiting for you to explore their taste and health benefits.

Explore good perennial foods and find out what they taste like on the Internet. Go ahead! If you have any space, even in pots, plant and try these foods after you have safely explored them online. Dive in and try them out as an excursion into pleasure… and health!
