Today’s Earth Situation

From this moment on we have no choice but to consider Earth’s situation as has been reported around the world by qualified scientists. With that in mind, let’s take a look at how we got to this climate emergency situation.

For centuries we as humans focused on wealth, its accumulation and what that could bring us to show others that we were wealthy. It’s still the case, I’m afraid. With methods like banks and Wall Street (stock and bond trading centers), we can see how these methods tainted our planet so as to achieve wealth.

Knowing how much the quest for wealth has hurt us in return in the long run, it makes sense to do something different. Many people around the globe have been thinking the same thing lately, especially with the Covid pandemic forcing us to rest at home with time on our hands. These collected brainstorming sessions online show us a different path, that of harmony with waters, the land, nature and her ecosystems, the animal kingdom and more.

What are the benefits of this focus? Let’s list them in case they don’t come to mind readily.

First, there is ample clean water needed by all the other objects/beings already listed above. With ample clean waters, the other parts of nature willingly respond to the call to live, and live abundantly with reproduction in a balanced light.

The land needs nurturing to restore all the desertified ones around the world to be able to feed numerous beings, humans among them. We often think of humans first, but without the others to support life, humans will perish. The land supports on-land beings, but with rain taking land minerals back to the sea, the water beings are supported too.

Nature derives harmony in a variety of ways, too many to mention here. Just picture a forest or seaside rocks being splashed with ocean water and nearby plants licking up the salty water for subsistence. Ecosystems abound literally wherever you turn around, wherever you may go.

The animals in nature are an astounding wonder. Starting with soil microbes and their love affair with plant roots, and the food chain plus odd, pleasant friends even within that chain. Harmony there seems to be changing for the better. Who would have guessed?

If we choose to ignore the wealth system that brought us to this troubled state, we can live again harmoniously as we did before that system arrived, with harmony as the input and outcome. Sharing what we can and transitioning away from reliance on money transactions will support all ecosystems and the right to life as it was intended for all living beings, even you, the reader.
